Visa Documents

To apply for a Schengen Visa, you will need:

  • Visa Support Letter from GBS Malta
  • Visa Fee: €160
  • Completed application form + photo
  • Passport
  • One-way flight ticket
  • Bank statements + scanned copy of your bank card (must be from the same bank)
  • Proof of sufficient financial means
  • Proof of accommodation (minimum 4 weeks)
  • Medical and travel insurance with €100,000 coverage
  • GDPR form
  • Any other documents required by Malta immigration officials

Bank Statement Details

  • Students must present a 6-month bank statement showing at least €3000
  • To extend the D Visa for a 1-year stay, students need €630 per month of study
