- Document Upload and Application Fee Submission: 15th January 2025

Step 1: Requirements for University Admission
Documents Required:
- Academic Records:
- Original Matriculation and Intermediate Degrees and Mark Sheets attested by IBCC (Photocopy in a sealed envelope).
- Bachelor’s Transcripts (Part 1 & Part 2) and Degrees attested by HEC.
- Master’s Transcripts and Degrees attested by HEC.
- Identification Documents:
- Valid Passport (Both sides in PDF format).
- Supporting Documents (If Required):
- CV (Curriculum Vitae).
- Recommendation Letter.
- Statement of Purpose (SOP).
- English Proficiency Requirements:
- IELTS: Minimum 6.5 overall (no module less than 5.5).
- PTE: Minimum 62 (with a Writing score of 61).
- TOEFL (IBT), ECPE, or Cambridge ESOL equivalent scores are also acceptable.
Step 2: Admission Process
- Admission Fee: 900 SEK.
- Tuition Fee Range:
- 55,000 SEK to 80,500 SEK per semester (varies by program).
- Application Submission:
- Apply through the online portal.
- Up to 4 Master’s programs and 8 Bachelor’s programs can be selected.
- Processing Time: 2–3 months.
Step 3: Required Arrangements (Other Than Academics)
- Admission Notification: Admitted to a minimum of 60 credits (full-time on-campus studies).
- Passport: Must be valid for the entire duration of the study program.
- Financial Requirements:
- Bank Statement:
- Student Living Costs: 10,314 SEK per month.
- Annual Requirement: 134,082 SEK (10,314 SEK x 13 months).
- Spouse: 4,297.50 SEK per month (included in the main applicant’s bank statement).
- Per Child: 2,578.50 SEK per month (included in the main applicant’s bank statement).

Step 4: Documents Required for Student Visa (Embassy Submission)
- Identification Documents:
- Valid Passport for the applicant and all family members (if applicable).
- Admission Notification: Proof of admission from the university.
- Additional Family Documents (if applying with family):
- Computerized Marriage Certificate (if applying with a spouse).
- Birth Certificates for children (if applying with children).
- Financial Documents: Proof of sufficient funds via bank statements.
Step 5: Visa Application Fee
- Main Applicant: 1500 SEK
- Spouse (if applicable): 1500 SEK
